CONGRATULATIONS to Ingrid Zahavi, Managing Director of Harvey World Travel Fairmont, who is this month’s Spotted with TIR competition winner. Ingrid was 'Spotted' reading TIR at Stonehenge and wins a case of Grande Provence Shiraz 2008 courtesy of Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate in Franschhoek.
